No Refund Policy

All payments that are made to Natasha Wightman Yoga are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Personal emergencies or illness

• Family emergencies

• Work conflicts or obligations

• Travel delays or cancellations

• Weather-related disruptions

• Natural disasters or force majeure events

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with retreat experience

No Cancellation Policy

Retreat bookings cannot be cancelled once payment is received. Participants who do not attend will forfeit their entire payment. This includes:

• No-shows without notice

• Early departures for any reason

• Failure to arrive at designated check-in time

• Voluntary withdrawal during the retreat

No Transfer Policy

Retreat bookings are non-transferable. This means:

• Bookings cannot be transferred to another person

• Bookings cannot be transferred to a different retreat date

• Bookings cannot be transferred to future retreats

• Credits or vouchers will not be issued under any circumstances

Travel Insurance 

We require all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance may provide coverage for:

• Trip cancellation due to covered reasons

• Medical emergencies during travel

• Lost or delayed baggage

• Travel delays or interruptions

• Emergency medical evacuation

Natasha Wightman Yoga is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages that travel insurance might otherwise cover. Participants are solely responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and filing any necessary claims.

Code of Conduct

Respect & Community Standards

All participants are expected to treat fellow retreat attendees, instructors, and staff with respect, kindness, and consideration at all times. Natasha Wightman Yoga reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat immediately without refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or incompatible with our community wellness environment.

No Refund for Dismissal

Participants dismissed for code of conduct violations will receive no refund and are responsible for their own transportation home.

Liability & Acknowledgment

Assumption of Risk

By attending Natasha Wightman Yoga retreat, participants acknowledge that:

• Yoga and physical activities carry inherent risks

• They participate voluntarily and at their own risk

• They are responsible for their own health and safety decisions

• Natasha Wightman is not liable for personal injuries or losses

Medical Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• Disclosing relevant health conditions during registration

• Consulting their physician before participating if they have health concerns

• Bringing necessary medications and managing their own health needs

• Seeking appropriate medical care if needed during the retreat

Agreement Acknowledgment

By registering for and attending Natasha Wightman Yoga’s retreat, participants confirm they have:

• Read and understood this complete policy

• Agreed to all terms including no refund, no cancellation, and no transfer policies

• Committed to following the code of conduct throughout their stay

• Acknowledged recommendation to purchase travel insurance

• Accepted full responsibility for their participation and any associated risks

This policy is effective as of the date of registration and supersedes any previous versions. Natasha Wightman reserves the right to update this policy with appropriate notice to future participants. Registration constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Liability Waiver

In connection with my enrollment in Natasha Wightman Yoga LLC yoga retreat and any transfer of this reservation to another  trip, including any pre-trip and post-trip extensions in which I may  participate, (collectively defined as the ‘Trip'): 

​Risks

I acknowledge that: Trips with Natasha Wightman Yoga LLC (hereinafter  ‘NATASHA WIGHTMAN YOGA' which term includes Natasha Wightman Yoga  LLC’s related employees, instructors, members, officers,  directors and agents) are intentionally designed to take clients out of the United States, to places where facilities, infrastructure, and safety and other standards may not be sophisticated and may be different from those in my country. Trips involve  significant physical activity that can be demanding depending on  the condition of the traveler, and the risk of serious personal injury including permanent disability and death from accident, illness or the actions of other persons. Medical facilities and  services may not be easily accessible and may not be sophisticated. There are also risks associated with the Trips,  which include the theft or loss of or damage to property. Some of the services provided in connection with the Trips, including  lodging, transportation, food service and local tours and  activities, are obtained from independent suppliers over whom Natasha Wightman Yoga may have no control. 

​I understand there is an inherent risk associated with any exercise program including my voluntary participation in yoga  that may result in injury. The exercises related to yoga will challenge my cardio respiratory and musculoskeletal systems associated with the aerobic, anaerobic, strength, power, agility,  flexibility and breathing components of the program. I understand  and am aware that the components of exercise/yoga are  potentially hazardous activities and may cause injury. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and/ or have been given permission from my physician to participate  in a yoga-based exercise program or that I have decided to 

participate in an exercise program voluntarily and without the  approval of my physician and do hereby assume all responsibility  for my participation in any exercise/yoga or activity associated  with the Trip.

Limitation of Liability and Release

I understand and have carefully considered the risks involved in  taking a trip of this nature. I accept those risks and assume full  responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to me, my family or  my dependents arising in connection with my participation, or the  participation of members of my family, in the Trip. I/we have our  own insurance appropriate to our needs in respect to such loss,  injury or damage.

I accept that although Natasha Wightman Yoga endeavors to choose appropriate independent suppliers to provide services on  the Trip, Natasha Wightman Yoga has no right to control their operations and therefore makes travel arrangements for the Trip on the condition that Natasha Wightman Yoga will not be liable for any negligent or willful act or omission of any independent  supplier, or any other unrelated third party. I acknowledge that  the services provided by the independent suppliers are subject to the laws of the place where the services are provided, and any  conditions imposed by those suppliers. The liability of the  independent suppliers may be limited by their tariffs, conditions  of carriage, tickets or vouchers or international conventions or  agreements.

I acknowledge that the cost of the Natasha Wightman Yoga Trip is  based on my executing this Acknowledgement of Risk, Release and Indemnity. In consideration for Natasha Wightman Yoga  accepting me on this Trip I agree that I will not sue Natasha Wightman Yoga, in respect to, and I hereby forever release  Natasha Wightman Yoga from, all liability for economic loss and  physical or mental injury, direct or indirect, arising in connection with the Trip—including without limitation permanent disability or  death; any emotional distress; any loss of services, financial  support, aid consortium or companionship; and any damage to or loss of property—in each case, even if caused, in whole or in  part, by the conduct, including the negligence, of Natasha Wightman Yoga; except where such loss, injury or damage is caused by  reckless or fraudulent conduct on the part of Natasha Wightman Yoga LLC or its employees, instructors, members, officers or directors,  in which case I may sue only Natasha Wightman Yoga LLC in respect of  that conduct.

I further agree that I will defend and indemnify Natasha Wightman Yoga LLC in respect to any claims for loss, injury or damage made  by: i) my family members, dependants or heirs, or. ii) third  parties, which I, my estate, my family members or dependants  have sued if damages are recovered from such third parties to  the extent the third party claims and obtains complete or partial  indemnification from Natasha Wightman Yoga LLC; except where the  loss, injury or damage is caused by the reckless or fraudulent  conduct on the part of Natasha Wightman Yoga LLC or its employees,  instructors, members, officers or directors. 

​I acknowledge that Natasha Wightman Yoga LLC  reserves the right to  decline accepting or retaining any traveler whose health or  actions, in Natasha Wightman Yoga’s sole judgment, impedes the  operation of a trip or the welfare or enjoyment of fellow travelers. I intend that this Acknowledgement of Risk, Release and  Indemnity, will be binding on all members of my family, my  dependents, my estate, my heirs, successors and legal personal  representatives. I agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or  relating to this Acknowledgement of Risk, Release and  Indemnity, or its interpretation, the Trip, or my relationship with Natasha Wightman Yoga LLC  will be resolved exclusively in the courts  of Denver County, Denver, Colorado. 

​I have carefully read the above Acknowledgement of Risk,  Release and Indemnity. I understand that this document governs my rights and limits my potential remedies and I nevertheless sign it voluntarily and knowingly.
