Yoga for All | Online

This class will be in correlation with my Yoga for Climbers class that I teach at the Portland Rock Gym and is open to all students - no one needs to be left out!  These classes will be alignment and strength based.

Students who attend this class can expect to build strength and endurance in yoga postures that work the legs and shoulders, laugh and push through several challenging core techniques. We will discover ways to release tension in the neck and we will open and strengthen the fingers, hips and chest. Learn how to connect with your breath and slow down the nervous system in those uneasy out of balance situations on the wall, on the mat and out in the “real world.” There is always time to take a few breaths and take a pause amongst the chaos.

Be prepared to laugh, play and find a deep connection with your core!
