Flow and Chill is a class that is inspired by Vinyasa- connecting breath with movement. This practice has a slower more mindful pace that allows each individual to pause in each asana (pose) for a longer hold giving time and space for muscles and tissues to soak in the benefits of each asana before moving onto the next. We will end this class with a very “chill” vibe holding supportive feel-good poses to settle one's nervous system. This is a great class for those needing to connect with their breath and ease tension in their body and mind.
