This is one of my favorite classes to teach. Students who attend this class can expect to build strength and endurance in specific yoga postures that work the legs and shoulders, laugh and push through several core techniques. We will discover ways to relax and release tension in the neck. Find ways to open through the fingers, hips and chest.
Learn how to connect with your breath and slow down the nervous system in those uneasy out of balance situations on the wall, on the mat and out in the “real world.” There is always time to take a few breaths and take a pause amongst the chaos.
